I got stuff in the mail from a completely different company than what I was told and none of the customer service numbers work so I cant get a hold of the person that signed me up for this *** and took my money, told me I could get my money back 30 days risk free if I want to cancel and now all of a sudden I cant get a hold of this guy and none of the numbers work?! This is a *** scam!

Complaint of unprofessional customer service

Called the Regional finance on benvnue rd in Rocky Mount NC. And wast treated on the phone as if I was a dumb *** or like i was a joke!

Talking to quick before they hung up phone and I heard them joking with each other laughing about what I said on the phone. I was calling to see if I could get some financial help. Called three times one on the 17th one on the 22nd and 23rd. And havent gotten and answer from them or anything.

And I need to know if I can get help so that I can find another way to get the money that I need before February 8th. This is so unprofessional.

I hope this is not the way that you try and provide good customer service. Because this didnt meet my minimum expectations!

User's recommendation: Don’t know the character of their employees, but ones at the Rocky office or a poor excuse of professional. I wanted a question answered , haven’t received the answers yet. But I guess the workers that they employ or incompetent. And now they don’t want to listen to the complaints. I guess they don’t care about their customers. They just want the interest that you pay. They will get in contact with you if you owe them. But if you complain, they don’t respond. I’m not upset about not getting money but upset about how unprofessional they were. Acting like high schoolers. I know now that they could care less about their customers!

Have not ever been able to call any number that was customer service and don't want to talk to the office I used. Can't find out how to get a district manager.

Latica is a *** as I said it. Try to tell a 70 year old man what he is and isn't going to do and/or that my bill comes before my family's Christmas. I got a notice in the mail and was going to renew but when I showed up it was only 50$ and they were busy and forgot to call me to let me know I had to have all this paperwork with me. Of course I did not have it because no one called to tell me.

Craziest of all is I also had to make an appointment to come to an office I have never seen another person in while I was there. Latica got involved though and it's downhill from now on because I WILL NOT DEAL WITH THE HAG EVER

User's recommendation: Go to any office except the Bryan TX office. The manager latica thinks she owns you and is a poor excuse for a manager. She is rude and hateful. The young lady joselyn is very sweet but unfortunately isn't the manager.

I keep trying to change my password, but no matter how I comply with the instructions, the blank for the password turns red. This indicated that there is something wrong with the password I tried setting up.

(There isn't.) The submit button does not turn blue and become clickable. Regional Finance has a terrible, crummy, unusable website.

Regarding my account

Due to financial limitation I would like to mail in the rest of my payments for my Regional Financial account. I do not have the funds available in my checking account to prevent any overdrawn activity in my account for the duration of my loan. I do not authorize Regional Financial to do any additional automatic transfers from my checking account.

I went in the Aiken, SC regional finance to renew my loan, I was eligible for $581.00 with that being said I was told my balance would go from $2,300 to $10,000 please make this statement make sense. This is ridiculous!

Preferred solution: I’m not looking for anything…. Of course I didn’t renew, but I will continue to pay what I do owe…. And hopefully I will not have to renew from regional finance again… but I’m pretty sure. Y’all will lose customers with those rate

I spoke in chat with your expert assistant, told her pretty much everything, then she said she was going to connect me with an attorney,but I had to pay $5.00. I read the fine print and its 5.00 now and $46 per month to join the club. I am not paying another penny. The *** calling himself Larry brown already got over $1000 from me. Read the chat notes. Ill answer any questions. I will get my copies of the cards I had to buy and send them in the morning.
